Homemade Protein Pancake: It’s Delicious!

I am a firm believer in YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT and that is why it is so important to have a big, nourishing breakfast. It is also my favorite meal of the day and so I like to try make it fun, interesting and super delicious! This homemade protein pancake is so yummy that you wont want to eat anything else!

This protein pancake literally takes me 5 minutes to prepare, two minutes to cook and 30 seconds to eat because it is SO tasty! Who knew that this could be so easy to make and the perfect thing to keep you full all day long.


  • 2 and a half eggs ( two yokes and one egg white)
  • Half a banana
  • 1 tbsp oatmeal
  • A sprinkle of Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Philadelphia raspberry cream cheese, jam, honey or whatever you prefer
  • You can even add some extra Vanilla Protein Powder, just for fun!

Ingredients for protein pancake





1- Blend all the dry ingredients together ( including the eggs) until the oatmeal is finely blended and mixed with everything else (otherwise you will get a very funky looking chunky pancake…)

2- Put 1 tsp of coconut oil into the pan and pour the blended ingredients in. Make sure the pan is on a very low heat (otherwise it WILL burn, trust me, it has happened more times than I can count!).

3- Leave to cook and turn over when the pancake starts to bubble on top and the edges are cooked (the mixture will probably go everywhere when trying to flip the pancake, but that’s okay, it takes practice).

4- Leave the pancake to cook on the other side. Turn off heat and leave it in in the pan for a minute or so (It is delicious when cooked, not that delicious when raw… just saying).

5- Remove the pancake from the pan, put it on a plate (duuuh) and cover it in cream cheese or jam (jelly for all the Americans), raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, mulberries… well any kind of berries you want and eureka, it is ready!

6- Sit down and enjoy! It is delicious, I promise!
